Meet Mike.

For the past 27 years, I’ve called the South Sound home. During that time, I’ve spent more than two decades exploring and experiencing the Pacific Northwest, developing a genuine appreciation for the communities, homes, landscapes, and people that make this region special.

I’m a U.S. Army veteran, having served from 1999 to 2011. My military experience helped shape the values I bring to my business today: integrity, reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to the people I work with.

My interest in real estate began when my family purchased our first home just months before the housing market crash of 2008. That experience gave me a unique perspective on homeownership and eventually led me to earn my real estate license in 2017. Along the way, however, I discovered that my real passion was behind the camera—combining photography, real estate, marketing, and relationship building.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and I’ve built South Sound Visuals around a simple philosophy: relationships over transactions.

To me, real estate photography is about more than documenting rooms and square footage. It’s about telling the story of a property. The right angle, lighting, aerial perspective, video, or creative marketing technique can make someone scrolling through listings stop and imagine themselves living there.

As my business grew, I earned my FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, allowing me to provide professional commercial Drone photography and video as another way to showcase properties from perspectives traditional photography simply can’t capture.
